The shoes I am looking for are not in stock in the desired size, or the model is not available on the website at all.
Of course, we don't want you to be without shoes in this case either, if the model can be found on the webshop, it's just not available in your size, you can request a notification when it will be available again. If the model you are looking for is not listed on our webshop, contact us at one of our contact details and we will try to get the product for you. We will be able to provide information regarding the details of the product purchase in the feedback email.
I'm not sure what shoe size I need...
It may happen that you have never owned a pair of Nike shoes, or you simply don't know exactly what size shoe is ideal for you from a given type. In this case, you will find a size chart link within the product, where the sizes are broken down by cm. If you are still not sure about the size after this, feel free to contact us. We can provide the opportunity to try on the shoes in Budapest and Kecskemét at a pre-arranged time.
Purchase and payment
How can I pay on the webshop?
You can buy our products on our website in two ways.
Payment by bank card through the Stripe system, which is completely reliable and secure. We do not have access to your card data, so we do not store them.
You also have the option of personal collection in Kecskemét. When paying for the product(s), after entering your delivery and invoicing details, you can choose free personal collection in Kecskemét. Your order will be finalized after a quick telephone consultation of data and time, for which you will always receive a confirmation email.
Guarantee
On Rdrop, you can find completely new and unused products, however, our resell products are not considered new, they are one-of-a-kind original, never-worn products, which are considered legally used products only because of their resale (resell). They are not covered by warranty, but you can assert your warranty rights in the same way as in the case of other products purchased on the website, with one difference: the warranty claim expires within one year from the date of delivery! Of course, the 45/2014. (II. 26.) You also have the right of withdrawal according to § 20 of the Government Decree, that is, you can withdraw from the contract without reason within 14 calendar days. We offer a one-year accessories warranty for the products: if you return it during this period due to a defect that is proven to have occurred in accordance with intended use and can be traced back to a manufacturing defect, then write this down, send a picture of it, write down the date of purchase and the order or invoice /receipt number to the e-mail address rdropco.webshop@gmail.com .
TRANSPORT
Which courier services can I use for delivery?
Products are delivered by GLS and MPL (Hungarian Post).
How many days will it take for the product I ordered to arrive?
We cannot guarantee the exact time, for shoes coming from our foreign partners you should definitely expect a longer time.
The average delivery time is 2-14 working days. As soon as the package is on its way to you, you will receive a notification from the selected courier service.
Can I order abroad?
Currently, we only send packages to addresses in Hungary.
AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED
You can cancel the products ordered on the webshop within 14 calendar days of receipt without reason, this is your right of cancellation guaranteed by the applicable laws.
You can indicate your cancellation at rdropco.webshop@gmail.com by entering your order number. You can return the ordered product at your own expense and responsibility.
We can only take back unworn ( tried on once indoors at the most) product in a new, resaleable condition. You can find more detailed information about this in our General Terms and Conditions.
If you would like to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible, as this will save us time and energy.
